WorkflowMax allows Architects to track the performance of each project at both levels without the need for spreadsheets.  It provides facts (not perceptions) about the resources (time) a project (or stage) consumes in both time and dollar terms.

It provides management the opportunity to review the performance of projects and consider options for improving performance.  For example – over budget because wrong skill set was used or underestimated time.
